Our registered address is Capital Office, 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Our ICO registration number is 14496859.
You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk, though we would appreciate the opportunity to deal with your concerns directly first.
If You Do Not Provide Personal Data
If we need to process data you provide in order to fulfil our services, and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the service. In such cases we may have to cancel a booked service, and we will notify you if this becomes necessary.
What Information Do We Use?
Information you give us — by filling in forms on our website or corresponding with us via email. This may include your full name, email address, physical address and phone number.
Information we collect about you — technical and usage data such as device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, and activity like page views and click-through data.
Information we receive from other sources — if you use any of our other websites or services, or via business partners and sub-contractors, in which case we will notify you of the source and purpose.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users, helping us provide a better browsing experience and improve our site. By visiting our website you agree to our cookie control system. For detail, see our Cookie Policy.
How Do We Use Your Information?
We only use personal data where the law allows us to, most commonly: to perform a contract with you; to send communications you have requested or consented to; where necessary for our legitimate interests; to deliver, manage and improve our service; to handle enquiries and complaints; for internal record keeping; for security purposes; and to comply with legal obligations.
We will ask for your consent before using your information for any purpose other than those stated here.
Automated Decision Making
We may use automated decision making in processing your personal information for some services. If you are unhappy with an automated decision, you can request a manual review of its accuracy.
Marketing
We may use your contact details and technical data to determine which products, services or offers may be relevant to you. You will receive marketing communications from us only if you have requested information, purchased a service, or otherwise opted in, and you may opt out at any time by contacting accounts@twoonevows.com.
Third-Party Marketing
We will obtain your express opt-in consent before sharing your personal data with any external company for marketing purposes.
How Do We Share Your Information?
We may share your information with our group companies and select third parties who support our operations, including Google LLC, Xero Limited, Squarespace Inc., Zapier Inc., Airtable Inc., Tsohost, and Freshworks Inc., each used for specific operational purposes such as hosting, invoicing, or communication. Except as set out here or required by law, we will not share, sell or distribute your information without your consent.
Where Do We Store Your Information?
All personal data we process is managed by our staff in the UK. Some of our external service providers are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA), and appropriate safeguards are in place wherever your data is transferred outside the EEA.
Please note that transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure; while we work hard to protect your data, any transmission is at your own risk.
How Long Do We Keep Your Data?
We retain personal data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for, generally around 6 months. Under UK tax law we are required to keep basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of six years, after which it is destroyed.
What Are Your Rights?
Under data protection law you have the right to request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data; to object to or request restriction of its processing; to request transfer of your data; and to withdraw consent at any time.
Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of your rights, please email accounts@twoonevows.com. We aim to respond within one month. There is no fee to access your data, though we may charge a reasonable fee for clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive requests.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to other websites, plug-ins and applications. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties; please consult their own policies.
Social Media Platforms
Any interactions on third-party social media platforms are subject to those platforms’ own terms and privacy policies. We will never ask for personal or sensitive information via social media — please discuss sensitive information only via email.
