Payment Policy
At Two One Vows, we are dedicated to providing our clients with high-level photography and videography services. We have a secure payment system in place for customers who would like alternative payment options. We also understand that there may be circumstances in which a client may wish to request a refund. Please see our payment terms below:
Payments and Deposits
If a client wishes to proceed with their photography or videography services, the following payment policy will apply:

More than 30 days before the scheduled shoot date:
A 25% deposit will be required. (Remaining balance to be paid 1 – 4 weeks before the scheduled date) -
15-29 days before the scheduled shoot date:
A 50% deposit will be required. (Remaining balance to be paid 1 – 4 weeks before the scheduled date) -
1-14 days before the scheduled shoot date:
Full payment is required.
Rescheduling
If a client wishes to reschedule their shoot, the following rescheduling policy will apply:

30+ days before the scheduled shoot date:
No charge will be issued. -
6-14 days before the scheduled shoot date:
A 25% charge will be issued. -
3-5 days before the scheduled shoot date:
A 50% charge will be issued. -
1-2 days before the scheduled shoot date:
A 100% charge will be issued. (Client will need to rebook the shoot)
Cancellations and Refunds
If a client wishes to cancel their photography or videography services, the following cancellation and refund policy will apply:
Deposits & Cancellations
- If a client cancels 1 or more days after the deposit payment is made, no refund will be issued. (Client will lose the deposit)
Full Payment & Cancellations
- If a client cancels less than 1-14 days after full payment is made, 75% of the payment will be refunded. (Refunds are processed within 7-14 working days)
- If a client cancels more than 14 days after full payment is made, 50% of the payment will be refunded. (Refunds are processed within 7-14 working days)
- If a client cancels less than 14 days before the shoot date, no refund will be issued. (Client will lose the full payment)
This refund policy is designed to help us recover costs incurred, such as equipment rental and crew expenses.
It’s important to note that any refund issued will be applied to the original form of payment.
